XCleanner Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the use of XCleanner, a product operated by INGEK S.A.S.. By using the app or this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
XCleanner helps users review local storage, media, documents, and optional connected mail accounts to identify cleanup opportunities and user-confirmed actions.
2. User control and responsibility
- The user is responsible for reviewing and confirming cleanup or deletion actions before they are applied.
- The user is responsible for keeping account credentials and connected-provider access secure.
- The user must connect only accounts and data they are authorized to manage.
3. Optional Google and mail-provider access
Some XCleanner features require the user to connect Gmail or another provider using OAuth. That access is optional and is used only to deliver the mail-review and cleanup features requested by the user.
4. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or retire parts of the product from time to time. We may also update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change.
5. Payments
Paid products, subscriptions, trials, and purchase flows are governed by the storefront or payment channel used for the transaction, in addition to these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
XCleanner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Users should keep their own backups and review actions carefully before removing content.
