XCleanner Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of XCleanner. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1) Service and eligibility
XCleanner is a macOS utility for cleaning and organizing local data. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you use XCleanner on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2) License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use XCleanner according to these terms and the purchased plan. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where law allows it.
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or share access keys outside your permitted use.
- Use the app in ways that damage systems, violate law, or infringe rights of others.
3) Purchases, subscriptions, and licenses
Some features require a paid plan. Pricing, billing periods, and plan details are shown at checkout. Access to paid features is tied to an active license and may be suspended if payment is not completed or is reversed.
4) Updates and availability
We may release updates, fixes, and improvements at any time. Certain features may change or be discontinued to maintain security, stability, or legal compliance.
5) Data and privacy
Your use of XCleanner is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at /privacy/.
6) Warranty disclaimer
XCleanner is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible operation in all environments.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INGEK S.A.S. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and deleting local data.
9) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Condiciones del Servicio de XCleanner
Estas Condiciones del Servicio regulan tu acceso y uso de XCleanner. Al descargar, instalar o usar la app, aceptas estas condiciones.
1) Servicio y elegibilidad
XCleanner es una utilidad para macOS enfocada en limpieza y organizacion de datos locales. Debes tener al menos 13 anos para usar la app. Si usas XCleanner en nombre de una organizacion, confirmas que tienes autoridad para aceptar estas condiciones.
2) Licencia y uso permitido
Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para usar XCleanner segun estas condiciones y el plan adquirido. Aceptas no:
- Hacer ingenieria inversa, descompilar o intentar extraer el codigo fuente, salvo donde la ley lo permita.
- Revender, alquilar, sublicenciar o compartir claves de acceso fuera del uso permitido.
- Usar la app de forma que dane sistemas, incumpla la ley o vulnere derechos de terceros.
3) Compras, suscripciones y licencias
Algunas funciones requieren plan pago. Precios, periodos de cobro y detalles del plan se muestran en el checkout. El acceso a funciones de pago depende de una licencia activa y puede suspenderse si el pago no se completa o se revierte.
4) Actualizaciones y disponibilidad
Podemos publicar actualizaciones, correcciones y mejoras en cualquier momento. Algunas funciones pueden cambiar o descontinuarse para mantener seguridad, estabilidad o cumplimiento legal.

6) Exclusion de garantias
XCleanner se ofrece "tal cual" y "segun disponibilidad" en la maxima medida permitida por la ley. No garantizamos operacion ininterrumpida, sin errores o totalmente compatible en todos los entornos.
7) Limitacion de responsabilidad
En la maxima medida permitida por la ley, INGEK S.A.S. no sera responsable por danos indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuenciales o punitivos, ni por perdida de datos, utilidades u oportunidades de negocio derivadas del uso de la app.
8) Terminacion
Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso si incumples estas condiciones. Puedes dejar de usar la app en cualquier momento desinstalandola y eliminando datos locales.
9) Cambios de estas condiciones
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones periodicamente. La version vigente se publicara en esta pagina con nueva fecha de "Ultima actualizacion".
